Concerns

The Hermitage Schools encourage parents to talk to us directly about any concerns you may have and we will work with you to resolve these.  Please do not hesitate to speak with any member of staff about your concerns and if they cannot help you they will be happy to direct you to the member of staff that can help.

If you are still not satisfied please ask the school office for the school guide to dealing with your concerns and where to find the complaints form.
